Product notes from the engine room.
I write about monetization, retention, and the unglamorous work of making small B2C software pay. Eight years inside one product, including a turnaround from near shutdown.

About
I have spent eight years inside one B2C SaaS for seafarers — first across content, SEO and development, then as the product manager. In January 2026 the owner was ready to close it. I took the product and the numbers.
I am not a developer, but I can read logs, diagnose a broken payment flow and ship the fix. That changes which decisions I am willing to make.
